Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) offers a Cybersecurity Internship Program that provides hands-on, real-world transit industry experience. Interns will explore governance, risk, and compliance, application security, vulnerability management, and collaboration with IT/OT teams in a fast-paced environment.

• Enrolled in a college/university pursuing a relevant degree.
• Must have completed freshman year and be entering sophomore year.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Attending an accredited college or university is required.

Responsabilidades

• Compile, review and analyze data; input and verify data for reports.
• Research data for the preparation of management, operations, technical and administrative reports.
• Produce tangible work products such as presentations, reports and data visuals.
• Review reports and identify issues; propose solutions as guided.
• Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings to gain exposure to transit functions.
