Job summary

Consolidated Chassis Management, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Engineer to support strategy, architecture, operations, and governance of cybersecurity and technology infrastructure. You will lead end-to-end desktop support, manage the computing fleet, and oversee provisioning for new hires to ensure secure onboarding across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 4–6 years IT leadership experience, specializing in cybersecurity and infrastructure oversight.
• Proven experience with enterprise networks, servers, cloud platforms, and security operations.
• Experience designing and implementing security frameworks and governance programs.
• Experience leading complex technology projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional communication skills translating technical risk into business impact.
• Certifications preferred (Security+, Network+, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCSP, CEH, AWS/Azure, ITIL, PMP).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cybersecurity strategy, policies, and governance framework.

• Infrastructure & Desktop Management: admin core systems including servers, networks, and cloud environments (Azure, M365); Tier III escalation for end-user issues.
• Provisioning and Onboarding: automate new hire provisioning, including imaging, accounts, and RBAC.
• Strategic Endpoint Management: design automated desktop provisioning to streamline onboarding while ensuring compliance.
• Lifecycle & Support Oversight: manage hardware, patching, encryption, and identity management.

Position Summary

The Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for supporting the organization’s strategy, architecture, operations, and governance of cybersecurity and technology infrastructure. This role requires a sophisticated blend of enterprise security architecture, high-level infrastructure engineering, and the management of a secure, scalable endpoint ecosystem. You will contribute to the design and implementation of secure, reliable, scalable, and high-performing systems across data centers, cloud platforms, networks, end-user computing, and mission-critical business systems.

Additionally, you will lead the end-to-end desktop support strategy, manage our computing fleet, and oversee provisioning and onboarding for new hires to ensure a secure, seamless start. By integrating proactive security measures—such as vulnerability management and incident response—with hands-on desktop lifecycle management, you will help maintain the integrity, availability, and performance of our entire technical infrastructure.

This position will collaborate closely with the Director of Infrastructure Services, technology teams, and business stakeholders to establish security standards, enforce controls, manage risk, and ensure operational excellence. • Lifecycle & Support Oversight: Direct the management of the organization’s hardware, ensuring patch management, encryption, and identity management are seamless and secure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 4-6 years of IT leadership experience, specializing in cybersecurity and infrastructure oversight.
• Proven experience working on enterprise networks, servers, cloud platforms, and security operations.
