Job summary

Whatcom Community College is seeking a Program Coordinator for Cybersecurity Grants to manage program operations, data reporting, and analytics across NCyTE platforms. You will liaise with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure accurate data collection and timely communication of program information.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with web analytics tools, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities while supporting grant

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Two years of experience in program coordination, data analysis, or related fields.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administration and enhancement of program technology platforms; work with technical staff and vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement updates.
• Perform complex monthly data analytics and reporting using Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, and other data systems.
• Develop, format, and present data reports, dashboards, and visualizations; provide recommendations for improvements.
