• At least two years' experience in State of Florida, local or federal grant management; contract management; or purchasing.
• Knowledge of federal and state grant management principles and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of local government operations, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Ability to interpret grant requirements and communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing grants lifecycle.
