Job summary

PHI Health, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst for an onsite role in Phoenix, AZ. You will support governance by administering policy, coordinating risk management, and collaborating with IT and business units to ensure controls meet regulatory expectations.

You will maintain risk registers, assist with internal and external audits, and support cyber insurance renewals, security questionnaires, and awareness programs. Strong documentation and cross‑functional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1+ years in cybersecurity, information technology, compliance, risk management, auditing, or related fields preferred.
• Experience creating documentation, reports, or technical procedures.
• Experience coordinating projects across multiple departments.
• Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare, aviation, or financial services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support enterprise cybersecurity governance program.
• Develop, review, and maintain policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Maintain the enterprise cybersecurity risk register and track mitigation.
• Conduct cybersecurity reviews for new technologies using risk assessment processes.
• Coordinate third‑party security assessments and vendor reviews.
• Assist with HIPAA Security Rule, NIST CSF, and other compliance activities.
• Coordinate cybersecurity evidence collection for audits and questionnaires.
• Administer the cybersecurity awareness program (KnowBe4, phishing simulations).
• Track metrics and prepare dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate Cybersecurity Council meetings and action tracking.
• Maintain cybersecurity documentation and inventories.
• Support incident response documentation and lessons learned.
• Assist tabletop exercises, business continuity, and disaster recovery testing.
• Monitor project milestones to ensure governance deliverables.
• Maintain cybersecurity tools, licensing, and service contracts.
