Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Tier 2 support or Help Desk role.
• Exceptional communication skills with a track record of delighting customers.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10/11 environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in TCP/IP, LAN/WAN topologies.
• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Interest in cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage help desk tickets for desktop, network, and cloud-based issues.
• Serve as primary escalation contact for unresolved tickets.
• Travel to client locations for hardware/software installations.
• Lead cybersecurity efforts as internal Subject Matter Expert.
• Assist in selecting and managing cybersecurity tools.
