Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree 8+ years of relevant experience, includes 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Eligibility for access to Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with CI polygraph.
• Experience implementing RMF-based A&A and security control tailoring.
• Proven leadership in IT security teams and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of IT, information security, and cybersecurity professionals with hiring and performance management.
• Develop, submit, and maintain security plans and authorization packages for compliance.
• Oversee design, configuration, security, and systems support with proper controls.
• Lead risk assessments across the information system lifecycle.
• Monitor alignment with cybersecurity policies and security measures.
• Create training material to support audits and security expectations.
• Provide technical leadership in vulnerability scanning, log review, and incident response.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate cybersecurity across ARL processes.
