Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled systems and network engineer to support the Organizational Messaging Service (OMS) National Gateway Centers. You will ensure secure, interoperable messaging for DoD, IC, and allied partners while collaborating with cybersecurity professionals on the DISA OMS program.

Responsibilities include resolving security findings, supporting RMF processes, and maintaining compliance with STIGs, ACAS scans, and IAVMs.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or an approved equivalent AI solution.
• DoD 8140 qualified certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+).
• Experience with DISA STIGs.
• Experience with eMASS and RMF.
• Ability to obtain TS/SSBI with SCI clearance; US citizenship required.
• Eligibility for access to classified information after gov't investigations.
• ACAS and IAVM experience is a plus.
• HBSS/ESS experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure and encryption systems is a plus.

Job description

• Ensure systems comply with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), ACAS scans, and Information Assurance Vulnerability Alerts (IAVAs)

Requirements

• All hired employees are expected to have experience with Microsoft Copilot and / or an approved equivalent AI solution


• Candidate must hold a DoD 8140 qualified certification (example CompTIA Security+)


• Experience with DISA’s Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)


• Candidate must demonstrate an attention to detail


• Candidate must possess excellent communication and technical writing skills


• Experience with eMASS and RMF


• Candidate must have current Top Secret and be able to obtain a TS/SSBI with SCI clearance


• Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens


• Applicants accepting a conditional offer may be subject to government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information


• Experience with CYBERCOM’s Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) notices is a plus


• Experience installing and configuring DISA's Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) is a plus


• Experience with DoD's Endpoint Security Solution (ESS), previously HBSS, is a plus


• Working knowledge of public key infrastructure and encryption systems is a plus
