Job summary

TKO Group Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to mature the organization’s security posture and deliver on key strategic initiatives.

You will configure and maintain security systems, work with cross-functional teams, and manage incidents to protect critical assets and reputation. The role supports on-premise and remote work, reports to the SVP, Cybersecurity, and collaborates across IT, security, and privacy functions.

Qualifications

• Education: 4-year degree in computer science or related combined work/education experience.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in cybersecurity.
• Certifications: CISSP is a plus.
• Knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27000 series, and CSC controls.

Responsibilities

• Mature the organization's cybersecurity posture by delivering strategic initiatives.
• Configure, enhance, and maintain security systems and tools.
• Drive cross-functional security programs with IT and business teams.
• Manage incidents and on-call rotations to protect assets and reputation.
• Coordinate with MSSP and threat intel vendors for threat remediation.
