Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute the security authorization process for systems and applications in compliance with NIST guidelines and DoD regulations
  • Develop security documentation and conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance and security standards are met
  • Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of cyber defense processes and architectures
  • Maximize the use of existing tools to correlate information and synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Identify and implement automation solutions for manual processes within the cyber defense program
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in security risk assessment and management in cloud environments (GCP preferred)
  • Proven experience in building authorization packages
  • US Citizenship required with an active Secret clearance or interim Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with NIST guidelines and DoD regulations
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
