Huntington Bank is seeking a Principal Cybersecurity Engineer for a remote position. The role requires deep cryptography expertise, PKI mastery, and broad security technology experience across Windows, Linux, and Unix environments.

You will help design and implement cryptographic solutions, participate in enterprise security initiatives, and collaborate with teams to advance cyber resilience and risk reduction across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related cybersecurity experience.
• 8+ years of production support and design of Cyber Security technologies.
• 8+ years of operational experience with security technologies.
• 8+ years of implementing or utilizing technology lifecycles and best practices.
• 1+ years of experience in the implementation of cyber security tools.
• 1+ years of experience in leading projects and implementing new technologies and solutions.
• CISSP/CRISC or similar certifications preferred.
• Expert PKI and cryptographic solutions knowledge.
• Expert operating systems knowledge (Windows, Linux, Unix).

Responsibilities

• Participate in design, implementation, and delivery of Post Quantum Cryptographic solutions.
• Provide SME in cryptography including NIST standards and crypto algorithms.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate their expertise on provisioning, supporting, and ongoing maintenance of Cyber Security operating platforms, applications and services.
