Job summary

CACI International, Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer for the Network Defense team. You will design, deploy, and maintain network security tools across on-premise and cloud environments to defend NGA networks and support GEOINT missions.

Required TS/SCI clearance with CI poly, DoD 8570 IAT II and CSSP Infrastructure certs; 7+ years of enterprise network security experience; ability to work weekends/evenings and with little direction.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Possess CI polygraph eligibility.
• 7+ years of network security experience across large-scale environments.
• DoD 8570 IAT II certification (Security+, CySA+, etc.).
• DoD 8570 CSSP Infrastructure Support cert (CEH, CySA+, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver defensive cybersecurity solutions for on-premise and cloud environments.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain network security tools and ensure services run per design.
• Maintain network architecture diagrams, inventories, and licensing for team capabilities.
• Provide written reports and briefings to contract and government leadership.
• Coordinate issues with stakeholders to ensure task completion and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate new network security technologies to enhance capacity and reliability.
• Recommend configuration changes and upgrades to address performance and best practices.
• Apply networking knowledge and use diagnostic tools to resolve issues.
