Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to support the Network Defense team. You will design, deploy, and sustain cybersecurity tools across NGA networks, with responsibilities spanning on-premise and cloud environments.

The role requires strong Linux skills, security certifications, and experience with enterprise network security instrumentation. Expect collaboration with government leadership and occasional non-standard hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain/maintain CI polygraph.
• DOD 8570 IAT II certification (Security+, CySA+, etc.).
• DOD 8570 CSSP Infrastructure Support certification (CEH, CySA+, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of network security tools and architectures.
• Experience with Linux administration and scripting.
• Familiarity with PKI, Kerberos, LDAP, and SAML/OAuth.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver defensive cybersecurity solutions for on-premise and cloud environments.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain network security tools with proper updates and configurations.
• Create and maintain network diagrams, inventories, and licensing for tools.
• Provide written reports and briefings to leadership.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure task completion and customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate new network security technologies to improve performance and reliability.
• Diagnose issues using networking tools and techniques.
