Job summary

WIN Waste Innovations in Portsmouth, NH is looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to design and manage security across data, systems and networks. You will implement vulnerability management, incident response, and security audits.

The role requires 2–3 years in security, a degree in CS/IT/systems engineering, and certifications such as CISM or CISSP are a plus. You will work under pressure and collaborate with multiple teams to protect assets.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or related field.
• Requires 2–3 years of work experience in security roles.
• Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GIAC are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, monitor, and upgrade security measures for data, systems, and networks.
• Ensure safeguards are in place to protect information assets from threats.
• Troubleshoot security and network problems and manage vulnerability remediation.
• Develop and maintain incident and vulnerability management processes.
• Respond to system and network security breaches and report findings.

Education

Degree in computer science / IT / systems engineering or related field

2–3 years in a security role

CISM / CISSP / GIAC or related certifications a plus
