Cybersecurity Engineer III - Charleston, SC

Join Predicate Logic, Inc. as a Cybersecurity Engineer III in Charleston, SC. Founded in 1992, Predicate Logic is a woman-owned, employee-owned high technology engineering service company with offices in San Diego, Chesapeake, and Charleston. Our Charleston office supports Navy and Marine Corps programs through Naval Information Warfare Center Charleston.

Security Clearance

• Must hold or be eligible for an active DoD Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies, including Assessment and Authorization requirements.
• Plan, upgrade, and monitor cybersecurity measures to enhance cyber defense and network resilience.
• Assess vulnerabilities, propose, and implement remediation or mitigation strategies.
• Maintain security controls to protect digital files and infrastructure.
• Respond to security breaches and report incidents accordingly.

Experience and Education

• Minimum of 10 years of professional cybersecurity engineering experience.
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• Possession of IAM, IAT, or IASAE Level I certification per DoD 8570.1M.

Additional Information

Salary range: $130,000 - $140,000 per year.
