This role involves joining an Enterprise-wide Cybersecurity Engineering team responsible for Privileged Account Management (PAM). The responsibilities include planning, implementing, and supporting the Enterprise PAM System Platform.

The candidate should have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience with PAM solutions like CyberArk PSM, Conjur, SecureLink, BeyondTrust Password Safe, Thycotic Privilege Manager, Centrify Privileged Access Service, or similar. Experience with DevSecOps, Secrets Management, and software development is highly desirable. A basic to moderate understanding of PAM best practices is required to promote platform maturity and adoption.

Additional experience in onboarding user accounts for Windows, Unix, Linux, network devices, database, and cloud environments, as well as planning and implementing platform upgrades, and integrating IDM, AD, RBAC, and Mainframe IAM tools, is highly valued. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, enjoys working in a fast-paced, complex environment, and is passionate about process improvement and user satisfaction.

POSITION SUMMARY

This position involves designing, developing, configuring, implementing, tuning, maintaining cybersecurity solutions, and resolving related technical and business issues. You will work with Cybersecurity Architects to execute strategic initiatives, evaluate network, application, and device security, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations. The role includes root-cause analysis, system management, and change management.

CORE FUNCTIONS
  1. Lead in designing and implementing cybersecurity solutions.
  2. Provide technical support for cybersecurity solutions, including software, hardware, and network/firewall components.
  3. Ensure secure configurations for applications and infrastructure.
  4. Conduct technical assessments for compliance.
  5. Develop and revise security policies and procedures.
  6. Serve as technical lead on cybersecurity projects.
  7. Manage cybersecurity across departments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Requires a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, and 4-6 years of enterprise security engineering experience, preferably in healthcare. Experience in healthcare environments, cybersecurity automation, coding, scripting, vendor assessment, and implementing solutions is essential. Knowledge of HIPAA, HITECH, PCI, Sarbanes-Oxley, and security principles like NIST and MITRE ATT&CK is required. Strong communication, decision-making, and mentorship skills are also necessary.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Certifications such as SSCP, HCISPP, Security+, CISSP, CEH, GIAC, or CISA are preferred. Additional experience in system administration, security operations, risk management, and healthcare environments is advantageous.
