Ladders seeks a Cybersecurity Engineer to join a leader in Technical Services. This remote US-based role will support cybersecurity planning and execution for a high-visibility healthcare technology program, protecting critical systems and strengthening risk management.

You will work with senior government stakeholders and cross-functional partners to align security controls, artifacts, and reporting with program needs.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
• US Citizenship and active Secret clearance required.
• Security certifications such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP.
• Experience with cyber risk management tools such as eMASS.
• DoD contract experience leading cyber activities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of networks and cyber defense processes.

For our client, we are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will support cybersecurity planning and execution for a high-visibility healthcare technology program, with a focus on protecting critical systems and strengthening risk management practices. You will work closely with senior government stakeholders and cross-functional partners to keep security controls, artifacts, and reporting aligned with program needs. The position combines hands‑on vulnerability analysis with process discipline, communication, and support for broader project planning efforts.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $107,900 – $195,050 annually
