JANUS Research Group is seeking a Cloud Cybersecurity Engineer to lead security policy, compliance, and information assurance for enterprise cloud applications. The role champions a DevSecOps approach to RMF processing and DoD ATO lifecycle guidance.
You will collaborate with senior DoD stakeholders, provide architectural security guidance, and ensure compliance with DoD, NIST, and FedRAMP standards in a dynamic cloud environment.

Target salary range: $120k - $145k. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.

In this role, you will champion a modern DevSecOps approach to streamline Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, partner with senior government stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams through the full Authorization to Operate (ATO) lifecycle within Department of Defense (DoD) environments.
Clearance: Must hold an active Secret security clearance.
Location - flexibility with location between Austin, TX or Fort Eustis, VA.
