Job summary

Skadden seeks junior to mid-level associates (class of 2019–2023) to join its Global Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Practice and AI Practice in Washington, DC. Candidates should have two to six years of relevant experience handling data privacy, AI, and cybersecurity matters.

The starting base salary for this Washington, DC position is expected to be between $260,000 to $420,000 annually. Associates will work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment with a hybrid work model and opportunities

Qualifications

• Two to six years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, data privacy, or AI matters.
• Experience assisting with AI, privacy, and cybersecurity incidents and regulatory matters.
• Strong academic record and law firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support AI, data privacy, and cybersecurity matters for clients.
• Assist with regulatory defense investigations related to AI, privacy, and security.
• Draft policies and negotiate data processing and related agreements.
