Qualifications

• Experience building/regulatory programs; financial services a plus.
• Strong relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to resolve complex issues and bring structure to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities for cybersecurity certifications and regulatory requirements.
• Lead responses to regulatory examinations and information requests from agencies.
• Support development of privacy program and its ongoing operation.
• Articulate regulatory interpretations and align stakeholders on scope and controls.
• Advance automated monitoring by integrating regulatory requirements with platforms like ServiceNow.
• Advise first-line tech teams on regulatory and compliance matters.
