Northwestern Mutual is seeking enthusiastic technologists to advance DevSecOps – Application & Cloud Security. You’ll collaborate across diverse tech stacks to mature security posture, automate security tooling, and guide engineering teams in secure development practices.

You’ll implement and monitor SAST/DAST/SCA, CSPM, and infra vulnerabilities while mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement. Strong communication and cloudCI/CD expertise are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or equivalent in CS/CE/SE/MIS or related field.
• 5+ years in development, infra, or cybersecurity.
• 4+ years with cloud tech and CI/CD pipelines (AWS, GitLab CI, Kubernetes).
• Experience with security testing and modern DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Engineer automation-focused solutions to reduce manual tasks.
• Guide application and engineering teams on App and Cloud Security.
• Operate Security tools integrated into SDLC (SAST, DAST, SCA, CSPM).
• Monitor threats and propose strategic security initiatives.
• Stay updated on regulatory and industry best practices.
• Lead remediation after security assessments and mentor staff.
