Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Compliance to lead enterprise regulatory compliance initiatives. You will coordinate audits, develop controls, and educate teams on risk and regulatory requirements.

The role collaborates across Legal, Internal Audit and IT to strengthen the compliance program across CVS Health. The position requires extensive experience in information security, audits, and multiple regulatory frameworks, with a focus on healthcare compliance and enterprise

Qualifications

• Experience in information technology or information security with deep regulatory knowledge.
• 3+ years working with auditors/assessors and remediation planning.
• Experience with FTC, HIPAA, NY DFS, SOX, PCI, NIST, ISO, HITRUST, NAIC.
• Knowledge of audit methodologies, internal control frameworks and risk assessments.
• Certifications such as CRISC, CISA or CISSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute regulatory compliance audits and plans with deadlines.
• Develop processes to support regulatory assessments and audits.
• Educate stakeholders on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Define risk management policies to support enterprise technology controls.
• Oversee submission of regulatory reports to management, auditors, and regulators.
• Measure control effectiveness and report audit results to owners.
• Educate stakeholders on risk management frameworks and top regulatory risks.
