Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity Compliance to lead regulatory compliance initiatives across the enterprise. You will guide assessments, coordinate audits, and implement controls to meet FTC, HIPAA, SOX, and other standards while partnering with Legal, Internal Audit, and regulators.

You will develop, maintain, and monitor risk management policies, educate stakeholders on regulatory requirements, and drive remediation efforts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT or information security with regulatory knowledge.
• 1
• 3+ years working with auditors/assessors and remediation plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute procedures to support cybersecurity regulatory audits and compliance activities.
• Develop processes to support regulatory assessments and audits.
• Provide coaching on regulatory compliance requirements and industry best practices.
• Define risk management policies to support technology controls across the enterprise.
• Oversee preparation and submission of regulatory compliance reports to management and regulators.
• Educate stakeholders on risk management frameworks and top regulatory risks.
