Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking an entry-level Cybersecurity Compliance Analyst to support DoD RMF workflows and compliance operations onsite. You will assist with user support, access management, records handling, and security education within the Cyber Operations team.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and a active transferable U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required. Onsite work and a rigorous compliance environment are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems Management, or related fields.
• Experience with databases, operating systems, or network hardware.
• Compliance-based auditing experience from the Military or DoD context (or related regulations: PCI, ISO 9001, HIPAA).
• Experience in security domains such as physical security, investigations, or criminal justice.
• Data entry, metrics interpretation, and experience with program/office management.
• Active, transferable U.S. government security clearance required prior to start.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line user support, including user access management workflows and records handling.
• Support information systems security education, training, and awareness activities.
• Assist with collecting metrics, data entry, and managing program requests to support compliance.
• Support configuration management for software and hardware and IS Lifecycle Management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and Cyber Operations personnel.
