Ideal candidates hold IT/IS degrees or 3+ years experience and security certifications (MCSE/MCSA/Network+/Security+), with familiarity in Windows and UNIX environments and ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS or 3+ years IT/IS experience with relevant certifications.
• Relevant certifications: MCSE, MCSA, Network+, Security+.
• Experience with server and service-level monitoring software and enterprise ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, administer, and troubleshoot network security solutions.
• Update software with security patches and defenses for each resource.
• Perform vulnerability/penetration tests and disaster recovery planning.
