Qualifications

• Must guide a student team of 5-7 members through the design process.
• Help students learn the design process and complete their assigned project.
• Coach and mentor student teams throughout capstone activities.

Responsibilities

• Attend Capstone lectures, weekly team meetings, and coach meetings.
• Establish a good relationship with the project sponsor.
• Help teams maintain realistic scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Explain how general course requirements apply to the project.
• Facilitate development of professional soft skills and teamwork.
