Job summary

Seneca Resources Company, LLC is seeking a Cybersecurity Architect for a 6+ month contract in New York, NY. The role will quickly assemble a team of onsite consultants across NYC-area sites to support OT cybersecurity projects and directly assist client OT groups with security implementations.

The successful candidate will bring a strong background in network security, multiple routing protocols, segmentation, virtualization, and incident response planning.

Qualifications

• Associates, Bachelors, Masters and/or PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, Cisco switching.
• Experience with network segmentation, isolation, and OT cybersecurity controls.
• Experience with virtualization (VMware) and AAA systems.
• Forescout, Nozomi, Gigamon, and Cisco ISE familiarity.
• DWDM/SONET knowledge and related networking concepts.
• Data analysis experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and coordinate a team of onsite consultants across NY-area locations.
• Support client OT cybersecurity projects with subject-matter expertise.
• Collaborate with network and security teams to implement segmentation and monitoring.
• Provide guidance on risk and vulnerability assessments for OT environments.

Our customer is looking for a Cybersecurity Architect for a 6+ month contract located in New York, NY. Position is based downtown with occasional visits to other work sites in NYC.
Pay rate $60-$65 based on experience.
The role is set to begin very quickly and set up a team of onsite consultants at various NY-area locations who can assist the client’s Operational Technology (OT) groups in supporting new and ongoing cybersecurity projects.
As such we are looking for a Cybersecurity Architect with the following skill set:
Years of experience:

• Must have an Associates, Bachelors, Masters and/or PHD and 2+yrs of experience

• BGP, OSPF and Switching (Cisco)
