We are seeking Cybersecurity Architect to translate desired business capabilities into solution concepts and models, including functional and technical requirements, design strategies, technology patterns, and service structures. They provide architecture and information management guidance and governance. The role is responsible for enterprise capability integration: describing and evaluating opportunities to align information and process flows, selecting implementation strategies, and defining the technology mechanisms required. It develops and aligns architectural models of current and proposed enterprise capabilities and solutions to support strategy and investment decisions, portfolio management, program and project management, solution and service design and development, and service management.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direction and support to project teams by translating business capabilities into well-defined projects and programs with clear objectives and deliverables.
  • Visualize and communicate architecture concepts, principles, strategies, and models for programs, initiatives, and domains.
  • Facilitate architecture discussions with cross-functional business sponsors and product lines to ensure alignment.
  • Participate in or facilitate relevant business and IT governance processes.
  • Ensure alignment between architecture projects, standards, related IT projects, and plans by working with appropriate IT and business management.
  • Develop recommendations to improve the business value of IT projects and plans.
  • Set direction for and approve future-state architecture standards, guidelines, blueprints, and roadmaps across business functions.
  • Drive architecture-related research to mature standards, guidelines, blueprints, and roadmaps.
  • Direct and approve innovations and prototypes based on research; approve recommendations on architecture, tools, methodologies, and processes.
  • Facilitate architecture governance and ensure adherence to architecture standards.
  • Obtain business and IT leader buy-in for architecture standards, guidelines, blueprints, and roadmaps.
  • Promote the benefits and value of architecture and architecture management to business and IT senior management.
  • Provide strategy and planning guidance in support of prioritization and portfolio planning.
Experience Required
  • 10+ years in IT, including 7+ years in the concentration.
  • Lead enterprise security architecture that advances Zero Trust. Translate cyber risks and policy into practical controls for cloud, hybrid, and agentic AI environments.
  • Shape secure, scalable, and resilient application architectures that enable modernization and agentic capabilities through reusable patterns, an AI-native software development lifecycle (SDLC), and verified business outcomes.
  • Lead high-impact security designs for identity, workload and API access, sensitive data, secure delivery, and operational resilience.
  • Help define an AI-native software delivery lifecycle that embeds security requirements, guardrails, and verification into normal engineering workflows.
  • Architect production agentic systems with scoped permissions, secure tool access, human oversight, evaluation, monitoring, and containment.
  • Translate security policy into reusable reference architectures, engineering patterns, and automated controls that teams can adopt.
  • Use threat modeling and implementation evidence to identify material risks, guide remediation, and inform architecture decisions.
