  • Requires approximately 50–60% travel to Charlotte, NC; Houston, TX; Chicago, IL; Gardner, MA; customer locations; and other Amphenol business units.
  • Travel includes on‑site assessments, implementations, remediation work, incident response, integrations, audits, and engagement with local leadership and IT teams.
Qualifications: Essential Job Functions
  • Assess cybersecurity risks, vulnerabilities, and control gaps, determine appropriate corrective actions, and drive remediation efforts through verified closure.
  • Configure, deploy, administer, and optimize cybersecurity technologies, including firewalls, EDR, SIEM, email security, MFA, vulnerability management, and monitoring solutions.
  • Implement and maintain security controls across endpoints, servers, networks, Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, cloud environments, and manufacturing systems.
  • Perform vulnerability scanning, security assessments, system hardening, patch management, and configuration remediation activities.
  • Monitor, investigate, and respond to security alerts, incidents, and suspicious activity, including containment, remediation, recovery, and root cause analysis.
  • Administer identity and access management controls, including privileged access, account lifecycle management, MFA, conditional access, and periodic access reviews.
  • Evaluate network, cloud, and operational technology (OT) environments and implement practical security improvements, including segmentation, secure remote access, logging, and monitoring.
  • Work directly with IT teams, Operations, vendors, and third‑party providers to implement solutions, resolve security issues, and support secure business operations.
  • Validate the effectiveness of security controls and remediation efforts through testing, monitoring, review of evidence, and follow‑up assessments.
  • Maintain cybersecurity documentation, risk assessments, remediation records, procedures, and technical standards.
  • Support business continuity, disaster recovery, backup security, and resilience activities for critical business and manufacturing systems.
  • Provide leadership with clear updates on security risks, remediation progress, implementation status, and key cybersecurity initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands‑on cybersecurity experience implementing, managing, and troubleshooting security technologies and controls.
  • Proven ability to identify security issues, determine corrective actions, implement solutions, and validate successful remediation through closure.
  • Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID/Active Directory, Windows systems, networking, cloud security, and cybersecurity operations.
