Job summary

MANTECH is seeking a motivated Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Doral, FL. The role focuses on monitoring networks, performing vulnerability scans, and ensuring RMF compliance across enterprise systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of cybersecurity experience, strong knowledge of RMF and DoD STIGs, and strong documentation and reporting skills. TS/SCI clearance is required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in cybersecurity or information assurance.
• Experience with RMF, NIST SP 800-53 controls, and DoD STIGs.
• Experience performing cybersecurity analysis, vulnerability assessments, security monitoring and incident investigations.
• Maintaining security baselines and documentation controls.
• Strong communication of complex cybersecurity reports.

Responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise networks and SIEM systems to detect threats.
• Execute vulnerability scans and coordinate remediation workflows.
• Ensure RMF compliance and STIG assessments across infrastructure.
• Conduct security incidents investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Maintain baselines, documentation, and configuration controls.
