Job summary

TransPerfect is seeking an IT Security Analyst to support our cybersecurity posture across firewalls, gateways, endpoints, and cloud security tools while maintaining a customer-centric attitude.

You will collaborate with IT and business teams, perform risk assessments, respond to incidents, and help improve data protection. This role requires 3+ years in security and hands-on experience with CrowdStrike Falcon, Nessus, and Nmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cybersecurity/IT security operations experience.
• Hands-on with CrowdStrike Falcon and endpoint security.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Tenable Nessus and Nmap.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux security configuration, administration, and logs.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, network protocols, and OSI model.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF and NIST RMF.
• Experience with security assessments, vulnerability management, incident response.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new cybersecurity tools quickly.
• Industry-recognized certifications like Security+, CySA+, GIAC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and prioritize security tasks, validate findings, and coordinate changes.
• Track activities from intake to completion.
• Report security metrics to management.
• Serve as liaison between cybersecurity and other departments.
• Participate in cybersecurity initiatives and incident response.
• Perform risk assessments of applications and systems.
• Research and recommend data security improvements.
