The candidate should have an Associate’s degree in a related field, 1 year of IT infrastructure experience, and familiarity with IAM, virtualization, and endpoint security. On-site work in Fayetteville is required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in computer information systems or a related technical field.
• 1 year of IT infrastructure experience including Windows and Linux server environments.
• Experience with identity and access management, virtualization, endpoint security, and monitoring tools.
• Preferred: Active Directory, Okta, CrowdStrike, and virtualization technologies.
• Preferred: Certifications such as A+, Linux+, Security+, LPIC-1.

Responsibilities

• Run routine system and cybersecurity health checks and escalate issues that require action.
• Maintain asset inventory and configuration records for assigned systems.
• Assist with hardware lifecycle activities including server deployment, replacement, and decommissioning.
• Support IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, and Active Directory; IAM lifecycle management.
• Contribute to security posture initiatives such as system hardening and policy enforcement.
• Assist with user account administration and enterprise access control systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot endpoint security platforms.
• Perform patching and vulnerability remediation for security compliance.
• Support Windows and Linux server environments (Ubuntu, RHEL, Debian).
• Support virtualization and automation using Python, PowerShell, and AI.
• Assist in monitoring, alerting, and visualization platforms.
