Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer information systems or a related technical field or equivalent work experience in systems administration, infrastructure management, or IT operations is preferred.
• 1 year of experience working with IT infrastructure including Windows and Linux server environments, IAM, virtualization platforms, endpoint security solutions, and systems monitoring tools is required.
• Must demonstrate the ability to communicate technical information effectively both verbally and in writing to supervisors, peers, technical staff, and non-technical end users.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine system and cybersecurity health checks and escalate issues.
• Maintain asset inventory and configuration records for assigned systems.
• Assist with hardware lifecycle activities including server deployment, replacement, and decommissioning.
• Assist with IAM solutions including SSO, MFA, Active Directory, and lifecycle management processes.
• Support security posture initiatives including system hardening and policy enforcement.
• Assist with management of user accounts and enterprise-wide access control systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot endpoint security platforms.
• Perform system patching and vulnerability remediation to ensure security and operations.
• Maintain Windows and Linux server environments (Ubuntu, RHEL, Debian).
• Support virtualization infrastructure and automation with Python, PowerShell, and AI.
• Implement, maintain, and optimize monitoring and visualization platforms.
• Apply networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, switching, routing.
• Develop technical documentation and SOPs; train end users/admins.
• Collaborate with Agile development and participate in project management.
• Complete IT and Security training as assigned.
