Job summary

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions Corporation is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst to protect our digital assets and data across the organization. You will design security controls, respond to incidents, and collaborate with IT to remediate vulnerabilities while staying current on evolving threats.

The role emphasizes hands-on security engineering, monitoring, and cross-functional teamwork in a fast-growing environment at our Milwaukee-area location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in information security, IT engineering, or CS.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, standards, and best practices.
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, endpoint security, and scanners.
• Hands-on technical work with strong problem-solving and analytics skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Security Tools (Defender, Purview) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cybersecurity architecture and design for strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in incident response activities and lead when required.
• Implement data security measures including Defender, EDR, and MDR tools.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and tests with remediation follow-up.
• Monitor security logs to detect, analyze, and respond to risks.
