Job summary

CybelAngel is seeking a proactive cybersecurity professional to manage alerts across multiple perimeters and to eliminate false positives while identifying confirmed threats for clients. You will analyze threats such as fraudulent domains and compromised credentials, and prepare incident reports.

You will also support clients in using our solutions and contribute to cross-functional projects with product and React teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to summarize complex information clearly and present ideas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Autonomously manage alerts detected by our algorithms across the various perimeters we scan.
• Eliminate false positives and identify confirmed threats for our clients.
• Analyze threats: fraudulent domain names, compromised credentials, vulnerable assets, code or sensitive data leaks.
• Prepare incident reports.
• Support clients in using our solutions: discussing alerts, configuring keywords, tracking product adoption.
• Write content for clients and our website.
• Collaborate with the product team to improve our technology.
• Research related to the dark web or other ad hoc services with our React team.

RequirementsAre you passionate about cybersecurity and eager to deepen your technical skills in an ever-evolving field? This role is for you!You speak fluently English, spoken and written. Fluency in an additional language (French, German, Arabic, Chinese…) is a plus.You have a solid academic background (bachelor's or master's degree).You can summarize complex information and write clearly and effectively.You are able to simplify technical concepts and present ideas in a structured, accessible way.Benefits

Recruitment process

• - 30 minutes with Romain, Talent Acquisition Manager, to learn about your expectations and introduce you to CybelAngel.
• - 30 minutes with a manager (Eugénie, Jérémy, or Thibaut) to discuss the role, context, upcoming projects, and of course… cybersecurity.
• - 60-minute business case with a manager and a senior consultant: an exercise based on a real situation, conducted with care.
