Job summary

TIAG is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to support the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in a full-time, fully remote capacity. A Secret clearance is required to start work, with US citizenship or naturalization necessary for consideration.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and implementing the organization's information security program, RMF activities, and preparing C&A documents, while maintaining security plans and POA&Ms.

Qualifications

• BS in IT, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or similar preferred.
• 2+ years of cybersecurity administration experience.
• Experience developing system security controls and supporting federal agencies.
• Experience with RMF, ATO processes, and POA&Ms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement the organization's information security program.
• Oversee security staff to design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions to security requirements.
• Perform RMF activities to achieve Authority To Operate (ATO).
• Develop and maintain Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documentation and system security plans.

TIAG is hiring a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in support of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in a full time capacity. This position is fully remote. This position requires an Active Secret to start work, so US or Naturalized Citizenship is a requirement for considerations.Cybersecurity Analyst Responsibilities Include:Provide support to plan, coordinate, and implement the organization’s information security programProvide support for facilitating and helping agencies identify their current security infrastructure and define future programs, design, and implementation of security related to IT systemsOversee the efforts of security staff to design, develop, engineer, and implement solutions to security requirementsManage and update systems in the customer repository such as CSAMGather and organize technical information about an organization's mission goals and needs, existing security products, and ongoing programs.Perform Risk Management Framework (RMF) activities to achieve Authority To Operate (ATO).Implement and enforce information system security policies, standards, and methodologies.Support and assist with the conversion from NIST Rev 4 to Rev 5Contribute to the development of new ideas and methods related to cybersecurity.Develop and maintain Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documentation in accordance with DHS and FEMA guidance.Develop and maintain system security plans, configuration management plans, implementation statements, incident response plans, and other Information Assurance (IA) documents.Conduct technical vulnerability assessments and track remediation activities in the Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).Maintain, monitor, open, close, and update POA&Ms.Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or similar preferred2+ years of proven experience performing cybersecurity administrationCybersecurity Administrators must have experience developing system security controls implementation statements, performing data entry tasks, performing information management duties, and providing security administration support at a federal agency levelExperience working with distributed teamsStrong communication skills; motivated to investigate, analyze, and document system issues and resolutions; provides consistent status updates to ensure IT security projects stay focusedStrong work ethic and a proven professional - respectful, dependable, takes initiative, and follows through.TIAG is an equal opportunity employer and federal contractor or subcontractor.
