Austin Community College seeks an Adjunct Faculty member in Cybersecurity to prepare and deliver cybersecurity coursework across on-campus, online, and dual-credit offerings. The role emphasizes culturally responsive teaching and alignment with department outcomes.

The successful candidate will teach courses in cybersecurity, forensics, pen-testing, analytics, and databases, and prepare students for cloud, network, and systems security roles.

Formación

• Master's degree or higher in CS/CI/SIT or related field
• Three years non-teaching cybersecurity work experience
• Ability to teach on campus, online, and dual credit
• Commitment to culturally responsive teaching

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and teach cybersecurity courses to a multicultural student population
• Evaluate student progress and provide timely feedback
• Provide mentoring services without discrimination
• Remain current in the field through professional development
• Perform other related tasks as assigned
