U.S. Fleet Forces Command seeks an IT Cybersecurity Specialist (INFOSEC) at Kings Bay to support access requests, audits, RMF artifacts, and ticket triage.

The role includes preparing training materials for new hires and annual security awareness campaigns, with emphasis on attention to detail, customer service, and problem solving. Candidates should have DoD cyber workforce qualifications, ability to obtain/maintain security clearance, and readiness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to GS-07 in Federal service or private/public sector.
• Experience processing SAARs or access requests and verifying against procedures.
• Experience supporting vulnerability management and producing standard reports.
• Experience providing basic technical support and triaging cybersecurity issues.

Responsabilités

• Process System Authorization Access Requests and related forms.
• Assist with the Command Cyber Spot Check audits and document findings.
• Assist in RMF package artifacts gathering and control implementation details.
• Serve as initial triage point for cybersecurity trouble tickets from Navy Enterprise Service Desk.
• Assist in preparing and distributing training materials for onboarding and security awareness campaigns.
