Innova Solutions is hiring a Lead CyberArk Engineer to design, implement, and operate the Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform across multiple environments. This full-time contract role requires strong leadership, hands-on engineering, and collaboration with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable PAM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience with CyberArk identity flows, CCP/CP credential management, and a track record of mentoring engineers while driving

Qualifications

• Automation credentials - early lifecyle
• Experience setting up CCP or CP to obscure credentials from end users
• CyberArk identity flows and Secure Infrastructure Access
• PAM (Privileged Access Management)

Responsibilities

• Design, engineering, automation, integration, and operational excellence of the PAM platform.
• Partner with infrastructure, application, cloud, security, identity, and engineering teams to deliver scalable PAM solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance and engineering leadership for CyberArk platform capabilities.
• Lead design reviews, solution approvals, and engineering governance activities.
• Mentor and develop senior engineers, engineers, and early talent resources.
• Drive technical strategy, platform modernization, and long‑term PAM roadmap development
