Job summary

Deloitte & Touche LLP is seeking an Engineering Manager II to lead CTEM remediation efforts and manage vulnerability and patch programs across diverse tech stacks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and drive risk-based remediation aligned to client priorities.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple complex tasks in a fast-paced consulting environment. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in information technology or information security.
• Experience leading vulnerability and patch management remediation programs.
• Experience remediating across Linux, Windows, middleware, and apps using listed tools.
• Experience automating remediation workflows with scripting or automation tools.
• Experience coordinating remediation via ITSM/CMDB platforms such as ServiceNow.
• Ability to travel ~50% and work legally in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead exposure-based remediation and patching activities aligned to CTEM priorities.
• Oversee vulnerability and patch management across infrastructure, middleware, and applications.
• Prioritize remediation using threat intel, exploitability, and asset criticality.
• Support exception management and incident-driven response to reduce cyber risk.
• Develop client deliverables, proposals, and mentor junior practitioners.
