Job summary

EY in New Jersey (Hoboken) seeks a CTF Shift Lead to sustain the Cyber Triage and Forensics team. You will manage Junior and Senior Triage Analysts, oversee case queues, and provide technical leadership to ensure rapid threat response.

Reporting to global leadership, you will set performance expectations, update SOPs, and coordinate with the Technical Lead for incident support. The role emphasizes collaboration and mentoring in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 3-4 years in security Operations.
• Experience in Security Monitoring SOC environments and investigating events/threats.
• Experience with log correlation and intrusion detection platforms.
• Proficiency with Linux/Windows systems administration (AD).

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and investigate security events on the network and endpoints.
• Lead and mentor CTF Analysts; manage workload and performance.
• Update SOPs and coordinate with Technical Lead for incident support.
• Report case status and significant updates to global leadership.
