Omniscius seeks a CTI Lead and Senior Threat Warning Analyst to support USARC DCOMSS at Fort Bragg, NC. Direct cyber threat intelligence and threat-warning operations, oversee all-source and OSINT analysis, and fuse intelligence with defensive cyber operations.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years of CTI experience, and DoD/DCWF qualifications. On-site work in a secure facility with occasional local travel may be required.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of documented relevant CTI experience in a DoD or enterprise IT setting.
• Specialized operational CTI experience with all-source and OSINT analysis and IC reporting.
• Meet DoDM 8140.03 qualification requirements for assigned work roles.
• Maintain required residential qualification and continuing learning.
• Current matrix-listed certifications for 171 Advanced and 141 Intermediate.

Mansioni

• Direct CTI collection, correlation, analysis, intelligence requirements, and threat-warning priorities.
• Oversee Threat Intelligence Reports, IOC packages, RFIs and trend products.
• Lead all-source and OSINT analysis, reporting and fusion for SCI functions.
• Coordinate CTI support to incident response, threat hunts, detection content, assessments, and exercises.
• Maintain production standards, source records, confidence statements, classification markings, and dissemination controls.
• Manage CTI procedures, internal training, and analyst development.
• Perform duties consistent with the position’s responsibilities and clearance.
