TeAM, Inc. is seeking a DCOMSS CTI Lead / Senior Threat-Warning Analyst to lead the CTI pillar and deliver finished intelligence products to Army customers at Fort Bragg. The role requires strong OSINT, threat-feed analysis, and experience with MITRE ATT&CK.

The position emphasizes hands-on threat hunting, development of detection signatures, and coordination with ARCYBER and RCC. U.S. citizenship is required, and DoD 8140.03 credentials are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialized cyber threat intelligence experience.
• U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Key Personnel and single point of accountability for the CTI pillar, directing collection and analysis of OSINT, threat feeds, and ISAC data.
• Own production and dissemination of finished intelligence products, including Threat Intelligence Reports and IOC packages.
• Lead development and testing of host- and network-based detection signatures derived from threat intelligence.
• Lead adversary TTP analysis mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework to inform Blue Team detection priorities.
• Direct hypothesis-driven threat hunts in coordination with the Blue Team Lead.
• Manage the DCO test lab (isolated network) supporting malware analysis and OSINT collection.
• Interface CTI to the supported command's G2, RCC, and ARCYBER for intelligence requirements management.
• Maintain DCWF 171 qualification and oversee CTI team compliance with DoDM 8140.03.
