DMI, LLC is seeking a full-time Cyber Threat Intel Analyst to support a state customer in Crownsville, MD, on-site. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5–7 years of experience with cyber operations, security concepts, and threat intelligence tools.

You will analyze threats, respond to incidents, and coordinate remediation with multiple state agencies while staying current with security trends and advisories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5–7 years of work experience or equivalent.
• Ability to develop analytic approaches for incomplete information.
• Familiar with cyber operations concepts and security tools.
• Experience with Splunk, Threat intel platforms and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis and forensics to identify, monitor and counter cyber threats.
• Respond to security incidents and coordinate among multiple sectors during response.
• Provide leadership with timely security assessments and recommendations.
• Develop indicators for IDS/monitoring and support threat intelligence analysis.
• Coordinate remediation activities across state agencies and maintain security improvements.
