Job summary

General Motors in Detroit, MI is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to turn threat data into actionable intelligence for GM's defense teams across IT, OT, and connected-vehicle environments. You will monitor threats, enrich indicators, and produce concise briefs for technical and executive audiences.

This hands-on role requires hands-on tooling with MISP and SIEM, knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, and the ability to translate requirements into collection and reporting workflows, supporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, security operations, incident response, threat hunting, or related cybersecurity discipline.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence lifecycle, indicators of compromise, and adversary TTPs; knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and the Diamond Model.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, triage, and analyze threat activity across GM's IT, OT, and connected-vehicle environments.
• Produce clear, actionable intelligence products and advisories for technical defenders and executives.
• Maintain and enrich indicators of compromise and threat actor profiles; operationalize them to GM sensors and detection workflows.
• Ingest and curate intelligence from ISACs, government, law enforcement, and commercial feeds via platforms like MISP and SIEM.
