Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 with a focus on security operations and threat intelligence to support the Financial Services unit. You will monitor threat feeds, design detections, and coordinate with SOC/IR teams to ensure rapid incident response and continuous improvement.

You will develop alerts within SIEM/SOAR/EDR, maintain TI platforms, and contribute to threat intelligence deliverables and executive summaries across banking, wealth management, and insurance projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience may substitute for each year of education.
• Experience with threat intelligence lifecycle: collection, analysis, enrichment, dissemination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor alert queues and triage threat notifications in coordination with SOC and IR teams.
• Develop and tune threat-based alerts, detection rules, and automations across SIEM/SOAR/EDR.
• Maintain threat intel platforms, ingest indicators, and retire data as appropriate.
• Prepare threat briefings and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to document requirements and drive security initiatives.
