Qualifications

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join their security team in Upington, Northern Cape. This role is pivotal in identifying, analyzing, and disseminating actionable intelligence on current and emerging cyber threats. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the organization's defensive capabilities by understanding adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of the threat landscape, excellent research skills, and the ability to translate complex intelligence into practical recommendations. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, International Relations, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of threat actor methodologies, malware analysis, and network forensics.
• Experience with threat intelligence platforms and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with various threat intelligence frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).
• Excellent research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
