Job summary

Business Computers Management Consulting Group, LLC seeks a Computer Network Defense Analyst (CNDA) to monitor networks, detect intrusions, and develop proactive responses for DHS missions. You will analyze events, validate alerts, and prepare situational reports to guide remediation strategies.

The role requires active TS/SCI clearance, DHS EOD suitability, and 5+ years of cyber defense analytics using leading tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years direct cyber defense analysis experience.
• Experience with intrusion detection technologies (e.g., Snort).
• Experience implementing incident handling methodologies.
• Experience implementing protocol analyzers.
• Experience reading and interpreting signatures (e.g., Snort).
• Experience performing packet-level analysis.

Responsibilities

• Characterize and analyze network traffic to identify anomalous activity and potential threats to network resources.
• Coordinate with enterprise-wide cyber defense staff to validate network alerts.
• Document and escape incidents with history, status and potential impact for action.
• Perform cyber defense trend analysis and reporting.
• Provide daily summary reports of network events relevant to cyber defense.
