Job summary

Nightwing Group is seeking a Cyber Eviction Lead in the Arlington, VA area for hybrid work. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, U.S.

citizenship, and 8+ years in cyber incident response plus strong written and verbal communication skills. You will act as SME on hunt and incident response, guide teams, assess attacks, and produce detailed technical reports for government and critical infrastructure clients.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required with active TS/SCI clearance.
• Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.
• 8+ years of directly relevant experience in hunt and incident response.
• Ability to travel domestically on short notice.
• Strong understanding of network architecture and security.
• Experience performing cyber incident response.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple locations.
• Understanding of adversarial TTPs and security threats.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hunt and incident response SME, applying in-depth knowledge of TTPs.
• Distill analytic findings into executive summaries and technical reports.
• Provide expert support on complex problems with broad direction.
• Lead high-level incident response teams with technical direction.
• Develop technical solutions to complex problems requiring ingenuity.
• Analyze incident data to recommend mitigations.
• Advise on countermeasures and containment strategies.
• Document analysis in a knowledgebase and support process improvements.
