Job summary

Toyota Financial Services Information Security is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Cyber Threat Emulation Lead to build the next generation of threat emulation capabilities for a global enterprise. This is a hands-on technical role designing and executing sophisticated adversary simulations and building AI-assisted tooling.

You will work across identity, endpoints, networks, cloud, and AI-enabled environments, mentoring others and driving new research to advance threat emulation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience leading red team/offensive security engagements.
• Ability to design and execute complex security simulations at scale.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, CVSS, NIST/PCI guidance and regulatory considerations.
• Strong communication to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute end-to-end red team and control test engagements across identity, endpoints, networks, cloud, and AI-enabled environments.
• Develop custom offensive security tooling and reusable attack capabilities.
• Mentor other practitioners and drive research into new threat emulation techniques.
• Collaborate with SOC, detection, and threat intel teams to improve controls.
